Lightning Lane Multi Pass replaces Disney Genie+ service, and Lightning Lane Single Pass replaces individual “à la carte” Lightning Lane entry.  This update allows you to:

  • Purchase Lightning Lane passes days in advance of your park visit, for added confidence when you arrive.
  • Choose attractions and arrival windows before purchasing a pass—so you know what to expect.
  • Make plans for multiple days, all in the same day! This makes it easier to plan your visit.
Prices for Lightning Lane Multi Passes vary by date and theme park. Prices for Lightning Lane Single Passes vary by date and attraction.

Prices will always be available to view in your My Disney Experience before purchase.

No. When you purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you can choose from a variety of eligible multi pass attractions and experiences. For single pass attractions, Lightning Lane entry is only available with the purchase of a Lightning Lane Single Pass.
Yes, traditional standby lines are still available at most attractions and experiences. From time to time, a virtual queue—accessible via the My Disney Experience app—may be used for a limited number of the most highly demanded attractions. When the virtual queue is in place, a standby queue will not be available, and Guests must use the My Disney Experience app to enter the attraction or experience.

Yes. You may purchase one Lightning Lane Multi Pass (which allows you to hold up to 3 Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections at once) and/or up to 2 Lightning Lane Single Passes per day, subject to availability.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections can only be made one at a time. On the day of your park visit, once you redeem a selection, you can use the My Disney Experience app to check availability for another Lightning Lane Multi Pass experience—and add to your plans.

When you purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass for a theme park, you’ll be prompted to choose up to 3 multi pass experiences and arrival windows in the same theme park.

Once you redeem a selection on the day of your park visit, you can use the My Disney Experience app to choose another multi pass experience in any Walt Disney World theme park (subject to availability), as long as you have a valid ticket with the Park Hopper option or an Annual Pass.

The ability to visit another park is subject to the park’s capacity limitations.

To view and/or modify your selections, open the My Disney Experience app and tap on the Lightning Lane Passes section of the home screen. Then, you’ll be able to:

  • View your Lightning Lane passes and selections—as well as other plans, such as dining reservations
  • Modify your Lightning Lane selections, subject to availability

Lightning Lane Multi Pass is nonrefundable. If you cancel or modify your Resort hotel reservation after you’ve already purchased a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, then your selected attractions and arrival windows are subject to cancellation based on eligibility rules.

When you become eligible to make Lightning Lane selections again, then you can use the My Disney Experience app to choose available Lightning Lane Multi Pass experiences and arrival windows for the pass you previously purchased.

All 3 Lightning Lane passes enable you to skip the standby line and use the Lightning Lane entrance to join a shorter line for select theme park attractions and experiences.

However, Lightning Lane Premier Pass differs from Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass in the following ways:

  • Provides More Flexibility: With Lightning Lane Premier Pass, you don’t have to choose arrival windows for Lightning Lane attractions and experiences—so you can enter Lightning Lane entrances for the experiences you want, when you want (subject to availability). With other Lightning Lane passes, you must choose an arrival window for each Lightning Lane experience.
  • Includes Each Available Lightning Lane Experience in One Park: Lightning Lane Premier Pass gives you one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane experience in one park for one day. This includes Lightning Lane Multi Pass experiences and Lightning Lane Single Pass experiences in that park.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass and Lightning Lane Multi Pass both include photo perks—so you’ll receive digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos from your day, captured with Disney PhotoPass Service. Plus, access Disney PhotoPass Lenses.

These photo perks are not included with Lightning Lane Single Pass.

Eligibility
In order to purchase any Lightning Lane pass, you must have valid park admission. Park reservations may also be required, depending on the date of your visit.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available in very limited quantities for Guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels and other select hotels.

No. Lightning Lane Premier Pass gives you one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in one park for one day.

All attractions and experiences are subject to availability. Inclement weather, downtimes, operating hours and refurbishments may impact the availability of any attraction or experience.
