Guests wanting to dine inside Epcot’s® World Showcase now have another option to add to their list.
Monsieur Paul Restaurant, which opens today after a refurbishment, will replace the Bistro de Paris location inside the France Pavilion. While less formal than its predecessor, the restaurant is still considered upscale with its classic French architecture. Named with a nod to famed chef Paul Bocuse, the location will serve a menu celebrating the authentic French tastes that he is known for. Fans of the Les Chefs de France are no strangers to Chef Paul’s cooking as he opened that restaurant in Epcot® in 1982!
Menu options at Monsieur Paul’s will include dishes like black winter truffle and beef broth soup; Maine lobster, vegetable brunoise, bisque, and rice Pilaf; and herb crusted rack of lamb Niçoise style tart with goat cheese, onions, arugula cassoulette of flageolet beans. Two of the dessert options will include warm Grand Marnier soufflé and triple chocolate cake.
Open 7 days a week for dinner (beginning at 5:30p), Monsieur Paul will be accepted under the Disney Dining Plan as a Signature Restaurant (two credit meal).
