Adventures by Disney® Excursion Add-On for Your Disneyland® Package

Adventures by Disney®, the award-winning family travel provider, invites you to go on the ultimate Southern California adventure with “Lights…Camera…Magic!” During this daylong guided group excursion, Guests will be immersed in the magic of Disney and the history of Hollywood in unique, unexpected and unforgettable ways.

This one-day guided adventure begins  and ends at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa. Tours begin at 8:30a and conclude back at the hotel around 7p. Each tour includes stops at the following sites:

The Hollywood & Highland Center or Grauman’s Chinese Theater (dependent on tour date) – Located on vibrant Hollywood Boulevard, guests will visit the Dolby® TheatreSM at the Hollywood & Highland Center (home of the Academy Awards®) -OR- Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, known for its extensive collection of celebrity footprints and handprints.

Hollywood’s Famed Sunset Strip – Catch a glimpse of famous Sunset Strip landmarks like Chateau Marmont and Whisky a Go Go.

Beverly Hills’ Famed Rodeo Drive – See Beverly Hills’ world-famous shopping destination, known for its haute couture boutiques.

Farmers Market & The Grove – Enjoy great shopping and an amazing array of restaurants  at the original Farmers Market at Third & Fairfax. This Farmers Market is frequently a great place to spot stars! The Grove, a fabulous open-air shopping center is just a short trolley ride away.

The Walt Disney Studios – This stop on the tour is an exclusive experience that’s only available to the public on the rarest of occasions! Enjoy an exclusive tour of The Walt Disney Studios — which is both a working studio AND the headquarters of The Walt Disney Company — followed by a special reception in Legends Plaza. Inside Legends Plaza, many of Disney’s gifted animators, Imagineers, songwriters, actors and business leaders have been honored.

Ghostly Tours in Disneyland Park

Disneyland Halloween

The Disneyland® Resort has transformed into a Halloween wonderland. Mickey and Minnie and their pals are decked out in their favorite Halloweencostumes, hundreds of pumpkins decorate the resort and autumn is in the air. It’s really a great time to visit, but if you’re a Halloween junkie then there are some special tours available, complete with your own “Ghost” or “Ghostess.”

Two tours enhance the Halloween experience at the Disneyland® Resort by giving guests a look at how Halloween comes to life, with fun holiday facts and a chance to experience the resort’s most popular Halloween attractions.

“Disney’s Happiest Haunts Tour” will be held daily through October 31. The cost is $64 plus park admission. “Disney’s Happiest Haunts Ultimate Experience” costs $99 and includes admission to Mickey’s Halloween Party. It’s available on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Park admission is included.

Tours have limited space and start at 5 p.m. and 5:05 p.m. Contact your Magic Maker® for more information.
