Walt Disney World® Resort Temporary Closure

As of 4:00pm EDT on May 27, 2020:

As a result of this unprecedented pandemic and in line with direction provided by health experts and government officials, The Walt Disney World® Parks and Resort hotels will remain closed until a phased reopening on July 11 (Magic Kingdom® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® theme park) and July 15 (Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®). Disney Springs™ has begun a phased reopening of select Disney Springs™ venues with a limited number of shopping and dining experiences.

Magic Makers® will be in touch with any guests with existing reservations to discuss options to change or cancel your visit.

While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our Guests and employees remain The Walt Disney Company’s top priority. As a result of this unprecedented pandemic and in line with direction provided by health experts and government officials, the Disneyland® Resort will remain closed until further notice. We will continue to carefully evaluate this complex and fluid situation.

Disney Cruise Line Travel Alert

As of 10:00am EDT on Jun. 2, 2020:

With the well-being of our Guests, Crew Members and Cast Members our top priority, and in line with direction from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Disney Cruise Line has suspended all departures on Disney Magic, Disney Dream through Monday, July 27, 2020 and the Disney Wonder through September 14, 2020.

If you have an upcoming cruise booked on Disney Cruise Line, we encourage you to speak with your Magic Maker® regarding the most current and updated policies and guidelines for your particular sailing.

Adventures by Disney® Travel Alert

As of 12:00pm EDT on May 18, 2020:

With the well-being of our Guests and team members as our top priority, Adventures by Disney has made the decision to suspend most departures through Friday, July 31, 2020.

Adventures by Disney along with AmaWaterways, our partner in river cruise sailings, have decided to suspend all river cruise sailings and their associated Escape trips through the end of July, 2020.

Aulani® Resort Travel Alert

While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our Members, Guests and employees remain The Walt Disney Company’s top priority. In line with direction from health experts and government officials, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is currently closed and a reopening date has not been identified. Universal Orlando Resort Travel Alert

As of 3:00pm EDT on May 22, 2020:

Select CityWalk venues are open for guests to enjoy during limited hours daily. Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and Universal’s Volcano Bay will welcome guests beginning June 5. Stringent health, safety and hygiene procedures are in place for all.
