This week’s “Limited Time Magic” celebrates the season!

Walt Disney World® Resort

• Duffy’s Secret Santa Celebration – From Dec. 9-15, 2013, Santa Duffy will be greeting guests in Town Square at Magic Kingdom® Park. Also, his Disney friends throughout the park will be handing out special holiday autograph cards to those guests they meet. Valid Theme Park admission is required.
• Holly Jolly Trolley Show– Join the citizens of Main Street, U.S.A.® in a holiday trolley show filled with yuletide fun. See your Times Guide for more information on this special show! Disneyland® Resort

• Elf Days – From Dec. 9-15, 2013, Santa’s elves are looking for some young recruits. Head over to Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at Disney California Adventure® Park to perform a series of master challenges. Recruits will receive an elf name, learn a secret handshake, and have a photo opportunity in Santa’s flying sleigh! Valid theme park admission is required.
• Glow with “World of Color – Winter Dreams” – The popular World of Color show at Disney California Adventure® Park is receiving an update for the season. Showing nightly through Jan. 6, 2014, the Winter Dreams show is hosted by Olaf the snowman from the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures’ animated feature Frozen and combines new animation with classic winter scenes from beloved Disney and Disney●Pixar films. Theme Park Admission is required.

As part of the “Year of the Ear,” special holiday hats like Santa Mickey an Minnie are available for purchase at merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World® and Disneyland® Resorts.

Disney Parks has announced “Limited Time Magic” events for next week that celebrate Cinco de Mayo, welcome a new Disney Princess, and light up the sky of the Disneyland® Park. Here’s a look at some “Limited Time Magic” you won’t want to miss!

Walt Disney World® Resort

• Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with ¡Fiesta!– This is a week long fiesta you won’t soon forget! From May 5-11, 2013, Epcot® Mexico Pavilion will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo and Día de los Niños with a special event called ¡Fiesta! Guests will have the opportunity to meet The Three Caballeros, enjoy entertainment from south of the border, and feast on Mexican eats from special Cinco de Mayo menus.  Valid theme park admission is required.
• Welcome Merida as an Official Disney Princess – A regal celebration will take place Saturday, May 11 inside the Magic Kingdom® Park when the 10 current Disney Princesses join to christen Merida into the Disney Princess Royal Court. The ceremony begins at 9:30a in front of Cinderella Castle. Valid theme park admission is required.
• Spring Trolley Show on Main Street, U.S.A.® – Spring is in the air and the citizens of Main Street, U.S.A.® inside Magic Kingdom® Park can’t contain their excitement! Join them daily through May 12, 2013 as they celebrate with a Spring Trolley Show. Their performance of a few new songs will be as bright as their colorful pastel outfits and the horse-drawn trolley they arrived on! Please refer to your Times Guide for show information. • Monstrous Summer All-Nighter – On May 24, 2013, kick off Summer at Magic Kingdom® Park with a 24-hour monstrous celebration! Valid theme park admission required. Click here for more details

Disneyland® Resort

• Glow with the “Magical” Show – Starting on May 5, “Glow with the Show” ears will interact with the fireworks spectacular at Disneyland® Park – Magical. And for a limited time, guests wearing their “Glow with the Show” ears can enjoy a reserved viewing area along Main Street, U.S.A.® on May 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, and 19. Space is limited and will be first-come first-served. Valid theme park admission is required.
• Monstrous Summer All-Nighter – There’s no better place to kick off Summer than at Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park! Enjoy 24-hours of this monstrous celebration! Valid theme park admission required. Click here for more details
  

And the Year of the Ear continues with new Fashionista Hats (available at Emporium at Magic Kingdom® Park, Main Street Mad Hatter at Disneyland® Park, or World of Disney® Stores in Downtown Disney®) or Mechanical Kingdom Vinylmation (available at D Street in Downtown Disney®) while supplies last! To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, a special Ear hat will be available at Mad Hatter at Disneyland® Park or inside the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot®.

Easter will be here before you know it. And next week, things will be hoppin’ at Disney Parks as they hold a special “Limited Time Magic” Disney Character Easter “Egg” Hunt!

• Disney Character Easter “Egg” Hunt – From Mar. 18-24, enjoy some “Limited Time Magic” by participating in the Disney Character Easter “Egg” Hunt. With the help of a special Eggs-perience Park Map, search Epcot® World Showcase for special hidden “eggs” themed to Disney characters. Maps can be purchased for $4.95 at Heritage Manor in the American Adventure Pavilion, International Gateway, Pin Central and Port of Entry. But be sure to not crack under the pressure – a special surprise will be given to those who search (available at Port of Entry)! Theme Park admission to Epcot® is required.
• Spring Trolley Show on Main Street, U.S.A.® – It has been a long winter for us all, and the citizens of Main Street, U.S.A.® inside Magic Kingdom® Park are beyond excited that spring is in the air. • Disney Character Easter “Egg” Hunt – From Mar. 18-24, enjoy some “Limited Time Magic” by participating in the Disney Character Easter “Egg” Hunt at Disney California Adventure® Park. Use your special Eggs-perience Park Map to find special hidden “eggs” themed to Disney characters. Maps can be purchased for $4.95 at Elias & Co., Oswald’s, Radiator Springs Curios, Tower Hotel Gifts and Treasures in Paradise. A special surprise will be given to those who search (available at Elias & Co.). Admission to Disney California Adventure® Park is required.
  
• Oz The Great and Powerful Sneak Peek – Catch a special sneak peek of Walt Disney Studios newest movie, Oz The Great and Powerful, which opened in theaters Mar. 8. The extended preview will be shown in 3D with a few special 4D effects thrown in the mix! The preview will be held daily thru Mar. 31 in the Muppet*Vision 3D Theater at Disney California Adventure® Park.

And the Year of the Ear continues with miniature MousekeEars! These adorable, mini versions of popular ear designs are only available while supplies last!

New “Limited Time Magic” events have been announced for Disney Parks! Not only will the events put a little “spring” in your step, but they’ll have you looking as good as ever!

• Spring Trolley Show on Main Street, U.S.A.® – It has been a long winter for us all, and the citizens of Main Street, U.S.A.® inside Magic Kingdom® Park are beyond excited that spring is in the air. Join them daily Mar. 3 – May 12, 2013 as they celebrate with a Spring Trolley Show. Arriving on a horse-drawn trolley decorated for the season, their performance of a few new songs will be as bright as their colorful pastel outfits! • Debut of Beautiful Disney Cosmetic Line – On Mar. 2, 2013, Tren-D in the Downtown Disney® Marketplace will host a special event from 11a to 3p to launch the new Beautiful Disney cosmetic line. Color experts will be on hand to offer complimentary mini-makeovers.

Disneyland® Resort

• Oz Exhibit in the Downtown Disney® District- From Mar. 1-9, 2013, the WonderGround Gallery in the Downtown Disney® District will host a limited-time showcase of Oz-themed artwork, costumes, and props from Walt Disney Studios’ upcoming film, Oz The Great and Powerful.
  
• Oz The Great and Powerful Sneak Peek – Catch a special sneak peek of Walt Disney Studios upcoming movie, Oz The Great and Powerful, which opens in theaters Mar. 8. The extended preview will be shown in 3D with a few special 4D effects thrown in the mix!
