You will always be able to select one of two types of packages:

  • Disney Resort Hotel Package – Includes a Disney Resort stay at a Value, Moderate, Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort and a Walt Disney World® Theme Park Ticket that gives each member of your travel party entry to one Theme Park every ticket day. You can then add additional ticket options.
  • Disney Resort Hotel With Dining Packages – Once you’ve created the Disney Resort Hotel Package that best meets your needs, add the Disney Dining Plan and choose the meals you and your family want for up to 30% savings. Dining options include over 100 participating counter-service, table-service and Signature Dining Disney restaurants.
With Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets, you can select how many days you want tickets for – keeping in mind that the per-day price gets lower the longer you play. The basic ticket is a Walt Disney World® Theme Park Base Ticket, which gives entry to one Theme Park a day every day of your ticket, for each member of your travel party.

You can select two exciting options to customize each ticket to meet the needs and preferences of your entire travel party or, when purchasing your tickets without accommodations, you can select different tickets for each member of your travel party:

  • Include the Park Hopper® option to your ticket to come and go through the four main theme parks on the same day as many times as you like.
  • Include the Park Hopper® Plus option (formerly the Water Park Fun & More Option). The Park Hopper® Plus option includes visits to a Disney Water Park and other attractions – along with the ability to visit more than one Theme park on the same day. This option also extends the period of time within which you may use your ticket by one day. For example, a 6-day ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option with a start date of November 1, ticket is valid any 6 days from November 1 – November 10. Park Hopper Plus attractions include: Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park*, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park*, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course**, Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course***, Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course*** or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex****. The total number of visits varies with the length of the ticket purchased.

* Water Parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures. ** Greens fees for one round of golf. Tee times required and are subject to availability. *** Valid for one round. Round must start prior to 4:00 p.m. Only one miniature golf course visit per day. Only one miniature golf course may be open from time to time and courses are subject to weather closures. **** Valid only on event days. There are no events on certain days; some events require an additional admission charge.

The expiration date of Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets varies based off of the amount of days and any add ons you have purchased. For ticket only purchases, contact your Magic Maker®. For Resort packages including tickets, the valid use period is whichever is longer: the valid use period assigned to standard ticket purchases -OR- a valid use period beginning on the package resort arrival date and ending on the package resort check-out date.

Please note that all Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. The person who uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.

Yes, most Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets can be upgraded before your vacation begins, or within the valid use dates you have to use the ticket after it’s first used. Upgrades include extending the ticket length (i.e., adding more days) or adding the Park Hopper® Option and/or the Park Hopper® Plus Option. Some ticket types like those received complimentary or on a discount (ie. military) are not eligible for upgrade and will be marked as such.

In general, you can upgrade most types of ticket – provided the new ticket is of equal or greater value than the old ticket – by simply paying the difference. However, no refunds will be issued if the new ticket is of lesser value. Some ticket types like those received complimentary or on a discount (ie. military) are not eligible for upgrade and will be marked as such.

The Park Hopper® Plus option is a great way to add more Disney fun beyond the Theme Parks. This option provides a certain number of visits based on the length of the ticket purchased. For each visit, you can choose one of the following: Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park*, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park*, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course**, Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course* and ESPN Wide World of Sports:registered: Complex***.

*Water Parks subject to seasonal or weather closures. **Prior to 4:00pm ***Except for activities/events that are separately priced.

Yes. If you purchase the Park Hopper® Option, you can come and go through multiple Theme Parks on the same day as many times as you like.

All Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets not used in the valid use period as described in Question 3 above will be forfeited.

Use your meals and snacks in any order and in any amount throughout your stay until your total is completed. For example, on the day of arrival your travel party of four could use four counter-service meals, and then on day two your party could use four table-service meals, four counter-service meals, and two snacks.
